Patricia’s journey started with key talent-leadership roles at Valentino, Browns, and Krizia. Since then, she has become known for seeking out, discovering, and mentoring talents across their careers, while also driving an emphasis on diverse, human-centric, and long-term recruiting.

Style Incorporated’s client base includes Ralph Lauren, Chopard, Celine, Bottega Veneta, the Richemont Group, and Caesarstone, and spans sectors across the luxury world, from home to fashion to fine jewellery and beyond. Based in London, it is sought out by clients around the world, in markets from Asia to the Middle East, the US, and LATAM.
