Field Sales Manager- London & South East - Established Luxury Stone Company Full-time

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Successfully promoting the company's value proposition with the fabricators.

2. Ensure that brand positioning at the fabricator point-of-sale (POS) is maximized.

3. Analyze existing competitors pricing, tactics and evaluate; suggest and implement improvements.

4. Evaluate the top accounts by potential, ability and willingness to work with the company

5. Ensure that all fabricators are properly trained on company's fabrication policy’s

6. Ensure that quality control is in place at the fabrication shops

7. Set annual purchasing goals and Measure the actual Vs. goal.

8. Ongoing training and Product Knowledge fabricators

9. Collect & Enter data into CRM

10. Form professional relationships while providing customer service second to none

11. KPI – Maximum slabs sold

12. Other sales duties as necessary.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
•Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years of sales experience in the field
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
