Marketing Coordinator- Luxury Fashion Brand Full-time

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
To assist and support the Head of Marketing who is responsible for the execution and implementation of the brands overall marketing strategy.
The candidate will support the Head of Marketing in their everyday activities and must be a self-starter who can multi-task with a positive, proactive and can-do attitude. The role will actively manage the project life cycle of all marketing initiatives, supporting the origination, development, implementation, execution and delivery to meet the strategic needs of the business. The marketing function drives commercial growth through increased market awareness, seeking out innovative marketing initiatives that effectively promote the business to its target audience.

ROLE
In addition to supporting the Head of Marketing in every aspect of their role, this role will include:
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies
• Work with the Company’s retail stores and wholesale partners with regard to retail and wholesale marketing support
• Close work with internal teams, plus externals such as joint venture partners, designers, sales and third party agencies
• Daily admin, including management of multiple marketing budgets, reporting, and image library management
• Assisting in the management and production of marketing campaigns; a high degree of attention to detail required regarding accuracy, timings, grammar and spelling
• Assisting in the production of publications, including writing, proof-reading / copy checking, approval of articles, organising and checking spreadsheets, keeping to timelines
• Assisting in the entire life cycle of all marketing initiatives such as photoshoots, films, websites, events, advertising campaigns, award entries, printed collateral, site hoardings, marketing suites, architectural models, CGI creation, sponsorship and emailers
• A brand guardian to ensure that all marketing activities are on brand and aligned to the overall business strategy
• Identify and communication innovative changes within the marketing environment to optimise commercial return on investment of marketing spend
• Being fully involved in the activities of the busy marketing department with a flexible attitude to tasks and projects
• Creative thinking - to proactively seek and develop marketing initiatives which pursue the objectives of the brand in new and interesting ways and enable the business to stay constantly on top of trends

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• At least 2-3 years in a similar marketing role preferred
• Experience in Retail and Wholesale Marketing
• Experience in a luxury fashion brand preferred but not essential
• Professional and mature working attitude
• Project Management skills - completer / finisher
• Multi-tasker
• Self-starter/ Detail orientated
• An ambition to learn and develop into a professional marketer
• Previous experience of completing administrative tasks within a fast, dynamic and high pressured environment
• Business administration skills, including minute taking, creating PowerPoint presentations etc
• A full working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Confidence interacting with internal stakeholder and external customers at various levels within organisation
• Excellent attention to detail, providing feedback when required
• Excellent communications reasoning skills including verbal, numerical and written
• A flexible, proactive, positive, adaptable and resilient attitude
• Strong organisational skills of self and others through being self-driven to deliver multiple tasks on time to a consistently high standard
• Good analytical skills to interpret complex market research, identifying areas of potential commercial growth, as well as interpretation of data to produce reports and highlight key findings

Salary Up to £35k.
