Longchamp x Sarah Morris
Longchamp’s Le Pliage bag is a bit of an icon and no stranger to collaborations, having come under the hands of the likes of Tracey Emin and Jeremy Scott. To mark the line’s 20th anniversary, Longchamp called on artist Sarah Morris to create a series of bags, including a limited edition model.

Katrantzou x ArtStack
It’s a well known fact that having a strong digital presence is crucial for a brand in this day and age. Mary Katrantzou has teamed up with ArtStack, to take us behind the story of her Resort 2015 collection by curating an A-Z exhibition of artworks on the ArtStack platform. Not only a great way to understand what inspires the designer, it’s also the perfect way to discover artists.
This season Sonia Rykiel has worked together with three female artists: Mika Tajima, Annie Larson and Anna Parkina. In a project simply called “Coats”, each artist created a video, based on a coat from Rykiel’s AW14 collection. The result is three, fun and colourful clips.
Kara Ross x Donald Robertson
If you’ve ever wanted to carry art around with you, now you can. The final collaboration on our list has come from a partnership between accessories designer Kara Ross and artist Donald Robertson, on a series of limited edition handbags made of either canvas, leather or python skin. The collection will launch officially on the 24th November, with a window installation at the Kara Ross store in New York.
There's no denying it: when fashion and art come together, it makes for something vibrant and colourful.
