Both technically intricate and beautiful, watches have always been objects of fascination. To this day, brands continue to defy boundaries by creating new timepieces: here are the best models of this Autumn.
Cartier - Pasha Skeleton Dragon Motif
Know for its panther emblem, Cartier has turned to Chinese culture for its new wind-up model which was unveiled at Watches & Wonders 2014. The Pasha Skeleton Dragon Motif has a diameter of 42mm and a diamond skeleton shaped like a dragon. 


Bell & Ross - BR-X1

Once again taking inspiration from the world of aviation, Bell & Ross have created the BR-X1, a limited edition timepiece of only 250 pieces. With a Skeleton Chronograph, a square shape and a sporty design the BR-X1 has been dubbed the “Ultimate Utility Watch”. With a higher price-tag than previous models at 15 000 euros, the brand has stepped up to a new, more exclusive level. 

Bulgari – Octo Finissimo Tourbillon
Released in conjunction with the Chiming Time exhibition, Bulgari’s Octo Finissimo is the thinnest tourbillon ever made with a thickness of only 2.23 mm. With a diameter of 40mm, it features a black alligator leather strap. The exhibition runs at Bulgari’s London boutique until the 24th October. 


Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime Ref. 5175 ​

Patek Philippe is celebrating its 175th anniversary, and for the occasion has unveiled the Grandmaster Chime, a complex wristwatch which took eight years to dvelop. It features a double-faced case, with one face focused on time and the other on a perpetual calendar. Only six pieces are to be made of this model which is available at a cost of $2.6 million.
